Empowerosity is an old DOE web publishing system for the schools. 
It allowed users with no programming experience to publish web pages on DOE's Empowerosity web site which is a collection of web sites for every school.
The Empowerosity system is no longer being supported by the vendor so the schools are encouraged to move to another platform.
If you would like to create a school web site on a DOE/NSSB server, simply send an email from your official DOE email account, to nssb@k12.hi.us with (1) the purpose of the web site, and (2) desired URL, e.g. alohahigh.k12.hi.us.
