Frequently Asked Questions
- How can I print a copy of my application?
- Click on the appropriate step in the application process and print the page displayed via your internet browser. For a summary of the entire application, print the Application Review (Step 9).
- I’m a current DOE employee. Do I need to create an account?
- No. You will be able to log in using your User Name from your Lotus Notes account (i.e. John Smith) or your Employee ID Number that may be listed on your DOE ID Badge. Your Password is your DOE Internet Password.
- What is my user name?
- For non-DOE employees, your user name is your email address.
- For current DOE employees, your user name is your user name from your Lotus Notes account (i.e. John Smith) or your Employee ID Number.
- I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
- On the Sign In page, click on the “I Forgot My Password” link. You will be asked to enter your email address and answer your password reset question. The answer is case sensitive.
- My online application was successfully submitted. How can I make changes to my submitted application?
- Please submit changes in writing to the Teacher Recruitment Unit.
- I’m a current DOE employee. There is information on my online application that was already populated and I am unable to edit this information. How can I make changes to this information and/or who can I contact?
- For name and address changes: Submit Form 107A (Reporting Changes to Personal Employee Information) to the appropriate Records and Transactions section as soon as possible. If you have any questions, contact the appropriate Records and Transactions section: 808-586-3395 (Certificated) or 808-586-3272 (Classified).
- Any other information: Please contact the Teacher Recruitment Unit.
